Pinewood Derby Cookies


Silly cookies, I know.  But ideas are ideas and they were easy to make.  Simple sugar cookie dough.  Roll it out and cut out car shapes.  I used mini Oreo cookies for the wheels. 

Yes, I am aware they don't look perfect.  Wanna make something of it?  The kids squealed over them and then ate them.  Yep.

    yep i got volunteered to make car cookies, looks like you could use a pizza cutter on the dough, have less rolling and they still resemble race cars. i have a cookie cutter but it looks like a sedan. They want the kids to decorate them and this might just be the trick, i like the oreo idea for the wheels. I just asked two of my scouts and they like the shape of yours better than the cookie cutter.
